1. Casting ball valve is a form of quarter-turn valve which uses a hollow, perforated and pivoting ball (called a "floating ball") to control flow through casting ball valve.
2. Casting ball valve is open when the ball's hole is in line with the flow and closed when casting ball valve is pivoted 90-degrees by the casting ball valve handle.

Installation and maintenance:
1. The valve handle rotation position shall be reserved.
2. Casting ball valve can't be used for throttling.
3. The casting ball valve with transmission mechanism shall be installed vertically.
